"Hiroshima Sasayuri Sangen Pork" Loin Cutlet Set Meal 2,500 yen (tax included)
A pork loin cutlet set meal made with Sangen pork from Kitahiroshima town, Hiroshima prefecture, an area rich in nature and located in the mountains about 40km north of Miyajima .
The name "Hiroshima Sasayuri Sangen Pork" comes from the Sasayuri (commonly known as the Japanese lily), the town flower of Kitahiroshima Town. Because the pigs are raised with love one by one in a natural setting where Sasayuri flowers grow in large numbers, it is said that mass production is not possible.
This Hiroshima Prefecture brand pork is raised on feed containing a lot of grains such as corn and wheat, and is characterized by its "mellow red meat" and "slightly sweet fat." Please enjoy the unique flavor that spreads in your mouth the moment you put it in your mouth.
